The EZDocPro Lead Center ("Lead Center") is an optional, AI-powered lead prospecting and conversion tracking service available to Business plan subscribers. By enabling Lead Center in your Settings, you agree to these supplemental terms in addition to the General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Lead Center uses artificial intelligence to identify potential business prospects, qualify leads based on publicly available information, track lead status through your sales pipeline, and report conversion outcomes. Lead Center does not guarantee any sales, revenue, or business outcomes.
Lead Center operates on a usage-based pricing model. There is no monthly subscription fee for Lead Center itself. You are charged based on lead outcomes:
Charges accrue monthly and are billed on the first of the following month via your existing payment method (Square or Stripe). You can view pending charges at any time in Settings.
Lead Center processes publicly available business information (company names, websites, contact details from public directories, and similar data). EZDocPro does not purchase, scrape, or harvest private personal data for lead generation. All lead data is stored within your EZDocPro account and is subject to the same security, encryption, and access controls as your other accounting data. Lead data is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising. When you disable Lead Center or close your account, all lead data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Lead Center uses AI models (including Google Gemini) to classify, score, and suggest leads. AI-generated recommendations are informational only and should not be treated as business advice. You are responsible for all business decisions made based on lead data. AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results.
You may disable Lead Center at any time from Settings. Disabling Lead Center stops all new lead generation and prospecting immediately. Any accrued charges for the current billing period remain due. Historical lead data will be retained for 30 days after disabling, then permanently deleted. You may re-enable Lead Center at any time by accepting these terms again.
You agree to use Lead Center in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR (if applicable), and state privacy regulations. You are solely responsible for any outreach, communication, or marketing activities you conduct using lead information obtained through Lead Center. EZDocPro is not responsible for your use of lead data in violation of any law or regulation.
Lead Center is provided"as is." EZDocPro makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of any lead data. EZDocPro's total liability for Lead Center shall not exceed the total fees you paid for Lead Center in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes (especially pricing changes) will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Lead Center after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, disable Lead Center before the effective date.
